My name is Viktor.  I was born in a European country of Belarus and currently live in Virginia.  I love designing, hiking, traveling, and making videos.  It brings me pleasure to create things that look clean and elegant for myself and others.  My purpose is to make beautiful websites for a very low price for people who just need a simple website that works.
